THE PRODUCT BOUNDARY

RLES AI is Clinical Decision Support Software for professional use: it prepares analyses and reports for surgeons, and the final clinical decision always rests with the surgeon. Feature descriptions on this site reflect the current pilot; availability of specific modules may vary by region — in particular, certain modules are disabled in the United States edition pending regulatory processes.

Patient data belongs in the RLES AI Mobile Interface. The Mobile Interface — added to the surgeon's home screen and opened with the surgeon's own PIN — is the channel for uploading investigations and receiving reports. The WhatsApp line is for training and authentication messages — medical-literature and rule questions, guides, access links and notifications; patient data is not shared over WhatsApp. Working de-identified, with a protocol number or pseudonym instead of the patient's name, is the platform default.
