WHO WE ARE

This website is operated by MCD Technology Investments Inc., the developer and owner of RLES AI®. For any privacy question or request, use the information request form on the home page — a real person answers.

WHAT THIS SITE COLLECTS

• Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics 4 loads only after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded at all. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and you can change it by clearing site data.
• Information request form: the name, contact details and professional role you submit are used solely to respond to your inquiry. They are not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for unsolicited marketing.
• Nothing else: the site sets no advertising cookies, runs no trackers beyond consent-based analytics, and embeds no social media pixels.

CLINICAL DATA IS NOT HERE

The RLES AI clinical service — where surgeons upload diagnostic data — runs on separate, dedicated infrastructure with its own data governance, entirely apart from this website. No patient data is collected, stored or processed through www.rlesai.com.

That service is the RLES AI Mobile Interface — a mobile web interface a surgeon adds to their phone's home screen and opens with their own PIN. It is the only place patient data is uploaded, analysed and read. The WhatsApp line that surgeons also use carries training and authentication messages — teaching, medical-literature questions, access links and "your report is ready" notifications; patient data is not shared over WhatsApp. Data of patients in Türkiye is held on servers in Türkiye, and data originating in other countries on servers in the European Union; residency follows the patient's country. YOUR RIGHTS

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you submitted through the form, at any time, via the same form. We honour such requests without undue delay. This policy may be updated as the platform evolves; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
